Supporting Pierce County with outreach, mailing and print

“Trio Group Awarded Contract with Pierce County”

Trio Group has entered into a contract with Pierce County for Printing and Mailing Services. Trio will provide a full range of printing, mailing, mail preparation, and full-service marketing communications services for the Pierce County General Services Department. 
A few examples of how Trio Group will assist Pierce County include: 

• Printing and Copying, including digital printing, forms & envelopes, packaging & labels, and promotional products.

• Design and Creative Services, including graphic design, copywriting, photography, and video production.

• Mailing Services, including direct mail with inserting, folding, tabbing and labeling with CASS certification.

• Additional Services, including translation, marketing, and digital media buying.

Our first step will be bringing in new technology tools to allow end-users the ability to proof and place orders electronically and track progress to delivery. The online portal will enhance efficiency and speed the ordering process while allowing end user to store ordering history and manage changes in real time.
